Mid Glamorgan rode to victory in the second game of the season beating Worcestershire 14 – 1 away at Barnt Green.
Mid Glamorgan entered Division 5 of the English Inter Counties Championship five years ago and have won the title each year earning successive promotions to Division 1 status. Another clean sheet this year will secure promotion to the Premiership.
The return match will be played at St Cenydd Leisure Centre, Trecenydd, at 11am on Sunday November 6.
