Valley Cougars consolidated their place at the top of the Conference League South table with a 62-20 away win over Gloucestershire Warriors on on August 1.
Scrum-half Danyl Davies helped himself to 34 points, with four tries and nine goals in the win.
The Cougars led 34-4 at the break, with Scott Giles going over first and Davies converting.
Davies soon grabbed a hat-trick of his own and Ross Jones ran over for two, with Davies adding four more goals to add to Warriors’ misery.
Further tries in the second half from Davies, plus scores by Adam Morgan, Jones and John Sanigar took them to a 62-4 lead.
But late tries from Dale Cook, Andy Kay and Jamie James, with two goals from Ash Lewis added to Hector Silva’s first half touchdown for the home side.
