Risca United are back to winning ways after a mediocre start to the season.

Goals from Jon Payne, David Hurley and Kyle Williams helped them to a 3-1 win against Bridgend Street in the Nathaniel League Cup second round on November 14.

The Cuckoos then took their form into the league, beating Afan Lido 2-1 at the Centre for Sporting Excellence in Ystrad Mynach on November 21.

Risca sit 13th in Welsh Football League Divison 1, with four wins and nine losses from their first 13 games.

They face Aberbargoed Buds, who sit one place below them in the league, on November 27.
