Penallta RFC celebrate winning the 2012 Plate final. Can they repeat their success this year?

The county borough will be getting behind Caerphilly RFC and Penallta RFC on Sunday April 16 as both feature in the WRU’s Finals Day.

The event, taking place at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, will see six teams contest three tournament finals.

Caerphilly RFC take on Amman United in the WRU National Bowl, kick-off at 1pm, while Penallta RFC take on Ystralyfera in the WRU National Plate. The WRU National Cup final is between Pontypridd and RGC 1404 with kick-off at 5.35pm.

Caerphilly Observer has teamed up with the WRU to offer a family ticket (two adults and two under 16s), worth £30, for a lucky reader to win.
