Twelve of Ystrad Runners’ Couch to 5k graduates have completed their target park run event.
The run on Saturday, 9 June, saw runners complete the five kilometre circuit following a training regime that started on April 9.
A further eight participants also completed the course the following Monday and now join Ystrad Runners as members.
