Drug dealer caught with £7.5k of crack cocaine handed three-year sentence

A drug dealer who was caught with £7,500 worth of crack cocaine has been handed a three-year sentence – half of which will be spent in prison.

Gwent Police has appealed for information on the whereabouts of 29-year-old Jordan Wesley Kerr, from Caerphilly.

Julie Smith, 53, of Coed Main, Porset Park, Caerphilly, was arrested as part of a Gwent Police investigation into county lines drug activity.

Jack Cox, 27, and Alana Morgan, 32, both from Blackwood, were sentenced at Cardiff Crown Court.

Charlotte Pearce, 45, resigned from Ysgol Gymraeg Cwm Derwen, in Oakdale when an investigation into overspending on school supplies was launched.

Keiron Card, 26, of Church Street, Rhymney, was handed a four-year and two-month prison sentence at Cardiff Crown Court on July 14.

Cocaine dealer Samuel Davies, of Brett Road, Abercarn, was sentenced at Cardiff Crown Court.

Cocaine dealer Callum Pugh, 26, of Highmead, Pontllanfraith, has been jailed for three years.

A Llanelli man has been jailed for 11 years after he was found guilty of historic sexual abuse.

Simon Williams, 29, from Aberbargoed, was released from prison on March 5, but has been recalled after he broke the conditions of his release.
