20-year-old who was reported missing has been found, police confirm

Marcus Jenkins, from Senghenydd, who was reported missing, has been found.

Officers want to speak with Logan James, who they believe could help with an investigation into a report of public order offences in Caerphilly.

The dispersal order came into force at 4pm on Thursday August 17 and will remain until 4pm on Saturday August 19.

Marcus Jenkins, from Senghenydd, was last seen on Tuesday August 15 in Caerphilly, with police concerned for his welfare.

The incident, which involved two cars, happened near the crossroads of High Street, Waun Borfa Road and Pengam Road on Thursday.

Rhymney Library has been the subject of further vandalism this August and will not reopen until the incidents stop.
