Two new homes could be built on a former school playground in Elliot’s Town, New Tredegar.

Plans submitted to Caerphilly County Borough Council show how the four-bedroom houses would be built on an “old, disused” site off Duffryn Terrace.

The former school building was converted into a separate residential property after it closed down, and the new proposed homes would share an access road if they are built.

The outline proposals by applicant Kathryn Stevenson are for two detached properties, each with their own integral garage, as well as parking spaces and gardens.

The application is currently out for consultation, and can be viewed on the Caerphilly County Borough Council website under reference 25/0318/OUT.
