Llanbradach nursery’s good report from Estyn

News | Richard Gurner | Published: 13:00, Friday December 7th, 2012.

A day nursery in Llanbradach has been praised by school inspectors Estyn.

Footsteps Day Nursery, which is based in the village’s old police station, is a registered early years education provider and is also registered with Caerphilly County Borough Council.

In October 2012, the nursery’s early years education was inspected by Estyn, which rated the nursery as ‘good’ across its three areas of ‘Outcomes’, ‘Provision’ and ‘Leadership and Management’.

A spokeswoman for Footsteps Day Nursery said: “The nursery is delighted with the report, and very proud of the service it provides to help working families. As well as the Educational Provision, the nursery provides full and part-time nursery places, Breakfast, After School and Holiday Clubs, and a School Run service, taking children to, and collecting them from school.”
