Body of missing Trethomas man found in Cardiff

Michael Lehane was last seen on Thursday June 26

A body found in woods in Whitchurch, Cardiff, has been confirmed by police as being missing Trethomas man Michael Lehane.

Mr Lehane, 52, was last seen on Thursday June 26, at about 3.30pm on Caerphilly Mountain in his car.

A South Wales Police spokesman said Mr Lehane’s body was found in woods in the Whitchurch area on July 3.

Mr Lehane’s next of kin and the coroner have been informed. His death is not being treated as suspicious.
