New hair salon Hair Express opens in Caerphilly town centre

A new Italian hair stylists has opened its doors in Caerphilly town.

Hair Express, on 8 Cardiff Road, is offering special low prices throughout September to celebrate its opening.

Owner Mirella De Donatis, originally from Italy, has worked professionally as a successful hair designer and stylist for more than 30 years.

Mirella trained in Cardiff and spent several years managing hair salons across England and Wales.

She has also spent time in New York, working for the famous French hairdressers Jean Louis David and Franck Provost, whose hairdressing franchise has more than 200 salons in Europe.

It gave Mirella the opportunity to branch out and experience hair and fashion catwalks.

In November 2010, she moved to Italy and opened her second salon, which has been a success.

She is continuing to merge the art of design and colour in order to keep her clients looking amazing.
