Six new homes could be built on undeveloped land in Pengam, according to proposals submitted to Caerphilly County Borough Council.
The applicant, a Mr Morgan, has proposed building the properties on what is currently “a private garden” directly to the east of 6 The Rise.
Four of the houses would be semi-detached, each with three bedrooms and a garage.
A fifth home would have the same features but is a detached property, while the sixth home – also detached – would include a basement.
Plans show each home would have its own garden area and two parking spaces.
The application is currently out for consultation, and can be viewed on the Caerphilly County Borough Council website under reference 25/0893/FULL.
