
The General Election candidates for Caerphilly, Islwyn and Merthyr Tydfil and Rhymney have been confirmed.
The General Election will take place on Thursday, December 12.
In the Caerphilly constituency, the Liberal Democrats and the Green Party have stood aside for Plaid Cymru, as part of a nationwide pact between the three parties.
However, all three parties are fielding candidates in Islwyn, while in Merthyr Tydfil and Rhymney, Plaid and the Lib Dems are fielding candidates but the Green Party is not standing.
Labour, the Conservatives and the Brexit Party are fielding candidates in all three seats, but there are no UKIP candidates standing in any of the three Caerphilly County Borough consituencies.
