Three vans broken into and tools stolen

Police are appealing after three vans were broken into in Llanbradach.

The break-ins happened in the early hours of Monday, March 23.

Gwent Police say the total value of the thefts amounts to around £6,000.

A Ford Transit van, which was parked on Glen View Terrace, was stolen and abandoned in Dyffryn Industrial Estate, with several power tools stolen.

83-year-old woman targeted in distraction burglary

Power tools were also stolen from a Ford Transit van that was parked on Wingfield Crescent.

A third Ford Transit van, which was parked on High Street, also had several power tools stolen from inside it.

Police have said they are looking to identify the person pictured in CCTV images, as officers would like to speak to them about the offences.
