RSPCA appeal for owner after pony rescued from common

A pony has been rescued from Gelligaer and Merthyr Common over concerns for its welfare, sparking an appeal to find its owner.

Commercial estate agents Avison Young has been appointed by the council to market the venue, and discuss its sale with potential buyers.
