18-year-old killed in Risca car crash – 17-year-old driver arrested

A 17-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after the car they were driving flipped and killed a passenger.

Gwent Police was called to the crash on Commercial Street in Risca 1.37am on Sunday morning. A Suzuki car carrying six men hit a parked vehicle.
