An old church in Bargoed could be converted to a two-bedroom house.

A planning application has been submitted to Caerphilly County Borough Council to turn Bargoed Methodist Church in to a house.

The former church is located on what is known as “Pixie Corner” on Heol Fargoed.

The church closed in July 2020, due to lack of attendance numbers and sustainability. It has since merged with the Cascade Methodist Church, in Hengoed.
