A 19-year-old burglar has been recalled to prison by Gwent Police.

Rhys Owen Jones, from Rhymney, was handed a five-month prison sentence at Newport Magistrate’s Court on August 9.

He was released on licence on November 26, but has since breached the conditions of his release.

Gwent Police does not disclose what the licence conditions were, or what conditions have been broken.
