Police are looking for a man who failed to turn up to court after being charged with rape.

Nathan Perry-Harper, 28, from Bargoed, was due to appear at Livingston High Court, in Scotland, on December 13.

Gwent Police has now issued an arrest warrant for Perry-Harper.
