8,000 visitors enjoyed the Blackwood Beach Party on the weekend of July 1 and 2
Blackwood Beach Party is returning to High Street

On Saturday, September 10, Blackwood High Street will be transformed into an urban beach party with plentiful sand, deckchairs and buckets and spades to keep the whole family entertained.

A large number of funfair rides will bring life to the one end of the high street with stalls, attractions and a giant beach taking over the other end.

Blackwood Town Council will also be arranging their feature stage with a full entertainment programme all day incorporating local singers, bands, and dance acts.

Blackwood town centre will be a hive of activity, boosting footfall to the local retailers and hospitality venues.

Blackwood Town Council is funding the event with support from Caerphilly County Borough Council.
