Police have carried out yet another cannabis raid in Caerphilly County Borough- this time in Abertridwr.

A property on Hillside Avenue was raided by Gwent Police officers at around 10.55am on Monday, September 5.

During a search of the property, a quantity of class B drugs, believed to be a cultivation of cannabis, was seized by officers.

Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information can call 101 or send us a direct message on social media, quoting log reference 2200301765.

Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111.

In June this year, police uncovered half a million pounds worth of cannabis at an industrial unit in Aberbargoed. Little over two weeks later, more than 100 cannabis plants were seized by police in Abercarn.
