Police are appealing for information following a crash in Rhymney.
The road collision took place on Church Street at around 5.10pm on December 1 and involved a white car and a motorbike.
Emergency services were called and arrived at the scene by which time the white car had reportedly left.
The rider, a 23-year-old man from the Caerphilly area, was taken to hospital and is in a stable condition.
Police are asking for witnesses to come forward who were at the scene or those who have dashcam footage of Church Street, Rhymney between 4.30pm and 5.30pm.
