Caerphilly leisure centre will host a jobs fair on April 24

A jobs fair is coming to Caerphilly leisure centre on Monday April 24.

The Caerphilly County Borough Council-run ‘Which Way Now?’ event will be open to schools between 10am and 1pm, and then for job seekers between 2pm and 4pm.

A range of employers and training providers, including Coleg y Cymoedd and Coleg Gwent, will be at the event to offer advice and give information about training, job opportunities or even interviews.

The council’s cabinet member for education, Cllr Carol Andrews, said: “Following our success in previous years, I am pleased that we are able to host the Which Way Now? event again in 2023 alongside Careers Wales.

“We have a continued commitment to providing education and employment opportunities for all young people within the borough.

For more information about the event, contact John Poyner on poynej@caerphilly.gov.uk or 01443 864970.
