Blackwood’s winter food and craft fair attracted more than 7,600 visitors

More than 7,600 visitors descended on Blackwood as the town hosted its winter food and craft fair on Saturday November 25.

In total, 7,627 people came to Blackwood for the event, making it the busiest day in the town since its spring fair in March.

The winter event drew 4,730 more visitors to Blackwood than were there on the previous Saturday,

The event, funded by Caerphilly County Borough Council, included entertainment and activities, including live music, craft workshops, food vendors, funfair rides, and more.

A winter fair was held in Caerphilly on Saturday December 2, while Bargoed will host its own event on Saturday December 9.
