A 60-year-old man crushed to death by a forklift truck at his work has been named.
Gareth Young, from Ebbw Vale, was killed at the Moulded Paper Company on Newbridge Road Industrial Estate, Pontllanfraith, on Tuesday.
Mr Young was found trapped underneath the forklift truck just after noon by workers.
Gwent Police are now leading the investigation into his death with the Health and Safety Executive.
Fire crews from Cefn Fforest fire station and Malpas Technical Rescue Unit attended and used specialist equipment to free Mr Young’s body.
