Caerphilly’s MP Wayne David attended there coffee morning events in a single day last week in support of Macmillan Cancer Support.

Mr David visited Trinity Fields School in Ystrad Mynach, St Helen’s Church in Caerphilly and the Bedwas OAP Hall.

Every year, Mr David attends Macmillan Coffee Mornings in his constituency but this year the attendance everywhere was very high, no doubt because of the beautiful weather.

He said: “Macmillan Cancer Support is one of the most important of our charities. Cancer touches all of our lives in one way or another and the excellent work of Macmillan nurses deserves our full support.”
