Can you help Senghenydd family tree mystery?

Our website has been contacted by Lesley Punter from Essex who is tracing her husband’s family tree.

She is looking for any living relatives of his mother, a Jane Rosser born in 1910.

Mrs Punter said: “David William Rosser married Annie Roberts in 1902.

“In 1911 they were living at Universal Huts Senghenydd as David was a miner, and had four daughters, Elizabeth, Maggie, Gwen and Jane, who is my husband’s mother.

“There could have been at least four other children born, possibly a son named Evan.

“I think Annie died 1922. I would be interested in getting in touch with any descendants and can be contacted on lesleyhelen55@hotmail.co.uk or 58 Kingswood Road, Basildon, Essex SS16 5UT.”
