Appeal to find Risca teenager missing over New Year

Chelsea Lyddon, 14, has been missing since New Year's Eve

UPDATE: January 6, 5.41pm. Gwent Police reported that Chelsea Lyddon has been found.

Gwent Police is appealing for information to trace a missing Risca teenager.

Fourteen-year-old Chelsea Lyddon was reported as missing to police on January 1. She was last seen at approximately 5pm on New Year’s Eve

Chelsea is described as white, 5ft 3in tall and of slim build. She has straight, shoulder length blonde hair and a small scar on her left cheek.

She was last known to be wearing light blue jeans, a black “Superdry” coat with pink logo and possibly a “Superdry” hooded jumper.

Police are concerned about Chelsea due to her age and continue to undertake enquiries to locate her.

Anyone with information relating to Chelsea’s whereabouts is asked to contact Gwent Police on 101.
