A series of free carnival arts workshops has been organised for people to get creative.
Caerphilly Arts Development will be running the workshops covering all aspects of carnival arts design, such as making flags, banners, puppets, carnival giants, costumes and sculptures.
Held in the downstairs in Caerphilly town’s Visitor Information Centre, the sessions will take place on the third Saturday of each month between 11am and 4pm.
Artist Andy O’Rourke said: “This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, have fun and work on some of the biggest events in Wales. It is a really exciting project for us to be involved with.”
