Volunteers from transport charity Sustrans donned their fezzes recently to help raise money for an appeal organised by the Tommy Cooper Society.
Called Tommy’s Ticker, the appeal aims to raise cash to buy emergency heart defibrillators in the Caerphilly area. The Caerphilly-born magician and entertainer suffered a heart attack and died on stage in 1984.
