Police issue appeal after prisoner recalled

Gwent Police is appealing for information to locate 23-year-old Zac Buchanan who has breached his license conditions after being released from prison in September of this year.

Buchanan was serving a 16 month sentence for Grievous Bodily Harm after being convicted in March 2012 at Cardiff Crown Court.

Buchanan is described as white, 5ft 10in tall and of slim build. He has tattoos on his neck of the words ‘Chanelle’ and ‘Courtney’, on his left arm saying ‘mam’ and his right arm saying ‘dad’. He is known to visit the Caerphilly area and Llanrumney area of Cardiff.
