Four people have been taken to hospital after a serious accident on the A469 Caerphilly Mountain Road.
The road was closed in both directions following the accident at 1pm.
A Volvo, a Corsa and an Audi were involved in the smash near the Travellers Rest pub on Mountain Road.
Four people were injured and taken to hospital with one person seriously injured.
