Nomination deadline extended for Caerphilly Council’s housing awards

Caerphilly County Borough Council are looking for nominations for their first ever Transforming Lives and Communities Awards.

The awards, organised by the council’s Caerphilly Homes team, and are being held to recognise individuals and groups making a difference to the lives of council tenants in the County Borough.

There are four categories of award, the Transforming Lives Award, the Transforming Communities Award, the Young person of the Year and the Extra Mile Award.

The deadline for nominations has been extended to Friday July 4. For more information visit www.caerphilly.gov.uk/housing, call  01443 866493 or email  morgao@caerphilly.gov.uk.

    I vomit at things like this. It’s a deplorable waste of money. Scrap these pointless rewards and spend the money on things around the communities.
