Members of a Cardiac Rehabilitation exercise class, called ‘Cardiac Fitness Solutions’, have raised £1,526.50 from a recent sponsored walk around Caerphilly Castle.
The group are mostly patients referred from the Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme. The group exercise on Mondays and Thursdays at Slim Gym on Caerphilly’s Western Industrial Estate.
