Caerphilly County Borough clubs encouraged to apply for Sport Wales funding

Sport Caerphilly are encouraging clubs and groups who promote sport within Caerphilly County Borough to apply for Community Chest Funding.

A grant of up to £1,500 is available to the successful applicants in order to raise the standards of existing activities and to encourage people to become more active, more often.

The scheme is open to sports clubs community groups, voluntary organisations and youth clubs who promote sport and wellbeing within the community.

    Urgh! A campaign to encourage people to spend money. You wouldn’t believe the council is facing a funding cut and increasing council tax by over 3%. Offer zero funding and save the money!
