Two youngsters from Caerphilly have been appointed as the Lord-Lieutenant’s Cadets of Gwent for 2015.
Cadet Flight Sergeant Eleanor Kingston and Cadet Sergeant Ryan Davies’ will be accompanying HM Lord-Lieutenant for Gwent Simon Boyle, who acts as The Queen’s representative, to a number of official engagements, including remembrance events, Royal visits and parades.
Eleanor said: “I’ve always had a great time in the cadets and I’m looking forward to what this year brings.”
