Work to extend and renovate a care centre near Blackwood has been completed.
Markham Community Resource Centre has had an extension built to include two new rooms as well as having its interior upgraded.
The old police house was bought by Caerphilly Council two years ago and now provides vital day opportunities for adults who have been diagnosed with learning disabilities.
Cllr Ken James Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Planning and Sustainable Development, said: “I am delighted that this resource has been improved so it is an even better community hub than before.”
