A 37-year-old man from Bargoed has been arrested after a man reportedly masturbated in a Caerphilly car park on Saturday May 30.

A Gwent Police spokesperson said a man was arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency and has been bailed pending further enquiries.

It was reported to police that a man indecently exposed himself in the Van Road Forestry Car Park between 6.20am and 6.55am.

He was described as white, aged 30 to 45-years-old, very tall, of medium build with mousy brown hair.

He was wearing baggy khaki trousers and a baggy tee-shirt and drove a white Volkswagen, possibly a Golf or Polo.

Anyone with information can call 101 quoting log 123 30/05/15.
