The Caerphilly Safety Partnership.i.e. the Caerphilly Council, Gwent Police and others, who spend hundreds of thousands of pounds of Caerphilly Ratepayers money on runing the Partnership every year, completely seperate to the normal fuctions of the Council and the Police, .surely must now consider placing CCTV in some of the residential streets of the town to help officers combat such serious incidents,. The culprits to such incidents exit the town without being seen at all on the currents camera locations, all currently placed to protect Commercial interests.

Not the best description – is he white? Young/old? What clothes was he wearing?
