Islwyn MP Chris Evans has urged his constituents to take action to deal with debts before they get too large by seeking help from Citizen’s Advice.
Mr Evans said: “Household debt levels across the country are very high and in some cases those in debt are taking out loans to pay off other loans. Debt can easily spiral out of control if not dealt with.
“Citizen’s Advice provide an excellent service signposting those in debt to the information they need to get back in control of their finances. I would urge any of my constituents who feel they are in unmanageable debt to contact Citizen’s Advice.”
