A crew from South Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to Newbridge yesterday after a deliberately set fire spread across the gardens of three houses.
Firefighters from Aberbargoed received a call at around 5.30pm on Thursday May 19 after pallets and trees were deliberately set alight.
The flames then spread to the garden fences of three houses on North Road, Newbridge.
No one was injured.
