Llanbradach and Pwllypant Community Council has handed over a cheque for £505 to Velindre Cancer Centre.
The cheque was presented to Velindre’s Kylie McKee by Terry Coombes and Wayne Evans of the Llanbradach Horticultural and Craft Show.
The presentation took place at a community council meeting at Llanbradach Community Centre.
The money was raised by residents through the horticultural show, which had a record number of entries when it was held in August this year.
