No Mercy Wrestling is coming to Caerphilly Leisure Centre on October 8 to raise money for Cancer Research UK and Latch, a children’s cancer charity in Wales.

Doors open at 2pm and the event will provide food and drink, as well as five matches across the afternoon.

Tickets start at £8 and can be bought online.

Organiser Daniel Ellis said: “We will split the profit equally between the charities.

“The reason behind donating to Latch is that we have seen what they have down first hand as our friend’s son was diagnosed with leukaemia at the age of two.

“Having a two-year-old myself, I can’t imagine how hard and scary that was for the family. So we thought it would be nice to pay back to a charity, we are also donating five free tickets to children under the care of latch.”
