Caerphilly Council looking to increase tenants’ rent by 6.5%

Rent for council homes in Caerphilly County Borough is expected to increase by 6.5% from April 2023 – if approved by senior councillors.

At a full council meeting on Thursday, November 24, Christina Harrhy said the council was “at risk” without the new positions.
