Antisocial behaviour an “epidemic” in town centre

A Blackwood councillor has described antisocial behaviour in the town centre as an “epidemic” and is calling for tougher action to be taken.

A murder investigation has been launched after a 57-year-old man was found dead at a property in Elliotstown, near New Tredegar.
