Rugby round-up: Ynysddu promotion push continues, but most matches postponed

While poor weather saw most games postponed over the weekend, Ynysddu’s promotion push continued in League One East.

Bedwas have stormed into the WRU Challenge Cup semi-finals after seeing off Brecon at the Bridgefield.

Both Bedwas and Bargoed will be in action on Saturday January 20 when they play respective quarter finals against Brecon and Llangennech.

Bedwas have moved to sixth in the WRU National Championship East table after a bonus-point win at Beddau on Saturday December 9.
