Gwent Police is appealing for information

A 64-year-old man has died following a traffic collision in Ystrad Mynach, Gwent Police has confirmed.

The incident happened on Caerphilly Road at around 9.30am on Wednesday July 29.

Police officers attended alongside paramedics from the Welsh Ambulance Service.

The man’s family have been informed, police said.

Anyone with information, including CCTV or dashcam footage, can contact Gwent Police on 101, or through its website or social media accounts, quoting log reference 2600244769.
