Caerphilly Ladies Choir raised £750 in aid of Kidney Wales with a concert at St Martin’s Church.

Held on Saturday October 26, the choir were joined by choir Kanerien Ar Goëlo from Brittany.

The two choirs ended the evening by singing their respective national anthems Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau and Bro Gozh ma Zadoù, which share the same tune.

Kidney Wales is a charity close to the hearts of Caerphilly Ladies Choir with a member recently receiving a kidney transplant from her daughter.
