Children can experience the water walkers from 10am to 11am at Caerphilly Leisure Centre and from 11am to 12pm at Cefn Fforest Leisure Centre and Risca Leisure Centre on Tuesday May 27. The great outdoors also comes inside with free canoeing from 10am to 11am at Bedwas Leisure Centre and from 3pm to 4pm at Heolddu Leisure Centre

On Wednesday May 28, Risca Leisure Centre will host a free swimming session for Disabled Children from 5pm to 6pm.

On Thursday May 29 budding lifeguards can try their hand at life saving with Rookie Lifeguard Sessions. These will run at Caerphilly Leisure Centre from 10am to 11am and at Risca Leisure Centre from 3pm to 4pm. At Bedwas Leisure Centre there will be another canoeing session from 10am to 11am while children can get ready for their summer holidays with underwater antics during a snorkelling session at Heolddu Leisure Centre from 3pm to 4pm.

On Friday May 30 children can try their hand at a new sport with Water Polo at Risca Leisure Centre from 3pm to 4pm while in Newbridge Leisure Centre there will be a free canoeing session from 11am to 12pm. At Cefn Fforest there is another chance to learn new skills with a Rookie Lifeguard session from 11am to 12pm.

Caerphilly Leisure Centre will be extending their usual Free Swim Friday session from 1pm to 6pm, letting the whole family wade into the weekend for free.
