A virtual festival to support mental wellbeing is set to get underway on Thursday (October 8).
The Cwtsh Festival will run until World Mental Health Day, which is on Saturday (October 10).
As part of the festival, virtual activities such as arts and crafts, dance, singing and arts tutorials, as well as Dementia Friends training and a virtual dementia memory walk will take place.
Community arts organisations Head4Arts and NoNaffArt will be among the organisations offering activities, with Caerphilly-based social enterprise RecRock running an open mic event on Friday evening (October 9).
Groups have been working with the Integrated Wellbeing Network in Caerphilly County Borough to put the festival together.
David Llewellyn, of the Integrated Wellbeing Network, said: “Being creative is important in supporting and strengthening our wellbeing, even more so in these difficult times. The activities will provide an opportunity for everyone to be involved in some way.”
